Unfortunately, dental insurance companies don’t always have the patient’s best interests in mind and instead have specific guidelines and treatment plans that may not fit in with what is needed for your oral health. What is a Non-Restricted Provider?
We call ourselves a non-restricted provider when it comes to accepting and dealing with dental insurance. This simply means that, although we accept dental insurance, we are not going to allow your dental insurance plan to determine the treatment and level of care you need to restore your oral health. We don’t believe it’s fair that patients are subject to limitations when it comes to their dental treatments.
We want to emphasize that we always take your dental insurance benefits seriously and aim to help you get the maximum reimbursement. This is why we mention in the video that we will do everything we can, such as submit narratives, pictures, and even speak with agents over the phone to get you the coverage you need. We continue to let patients decide their method of care, and we will work together to give the best quality dentistry we can provide. With this method, we have patients who are happy, and we are happy because of the end result.
